NEW PATIENTS: The ‘New Patient Process’ includes two appointments AND a biomarker blood test. You can read more about what’s included here. Payment is due at the time of the first appointment. The link below will allow you to book your initial visit, a 60-minute appointment with the Functional Medicine team (both Dr. Mitchell Rasmussen + Functional Nutritionist, Kate Daugherty). Following the initial appointment, we’ll put in lab orders and give instructions for completing the blood draw. This can be done from anywhere!

LOCATION INFORMATION: We see patients in-person at our Littleton, Colorado office located inside of Kiln Coworking Space. We also offer Telehealth options using a secure online portal. Your booking confirmation emails will outline more details about your appointment, whether that be video instructions/link or directions to our clinic!

· Functional Medicine Follow-Up (45 Minutes): Best for quick check-ins, supplement protocol revamps, dietary questions, and to discuss any new concerns or lab testing.

· Functional Medicine Follow-Up (90 Minutes): Best for reviewing lab results, annual wellness visits, or extensive problem-focused consultations.
